✧ Please read before submitting form ✧• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone• Credit is required on twitch and social media• Reselling of my art is prohibited. If you're unsure of something, please DM me on Twitter or send me an e-mail.• All payments must be done via Paypal Invoicing sent by me.• Payment is required up front before I begin working on your commission.• No refunds once the project has been started. If I have to cancel the commission for any reason, I will send a partial refund reflecting the work I have completed.• Major revisions can be made during the sketch and planning phase of the commission. Only minor adjustments within reason can be made afterwards.
- Any revisions made after the lineart stage are subject to fees.
- There is a limit of 5 major revisions for any commission.• I reserve the right to use your commission for advertising.• These prices are for commercial use in regards to monetized streaming and online content creation. If you would like to use the model art on printed merchandise (ex. prints, charms, etc) this must be discussed prior to the creation of physical merchandise, and will incur an extra fee.• Using my work for NFT or Crypto purposes is forbidden.• My work cannot be used for AI art or AI training in any capacity.• You will be given an estimated time frame for the project to be completed.Time frames given are estimates and may vary. I will keep you updated if more time is needed.
• For rigging commissions, you will receive the exported model for use in facial tracking software like Vtube Studio. Live2D files are not included. I will work with you to set up tracking for the model in vtube studio and make adjustments if necessary.By commissioning me you agree to the Terms of Service
